Motivation is what drives me, and working on projects where I feel I can add value is what has brought me to where I am today. Tenacious, methodical, and dynamic are three words that describe me well.

I studied engineering, and while I enjoy the mechanics I specialized in, my true passion lies with people—something I discovered after completing my degree in Industrial Organization Engineering. This branch of engineering has opened countless doors for me and taught me invaluable concepts that are applicable not only to work but to life itself. 

Over the years, I’ve worked in companies across various sectors, lived in diverse places, and traveled extensively throughout Europe as part of my professional responsibilities. My daily work involves engaging with different organizations, structures, and perspectives on the same business challenges, which has taught me how to adapt to a wide range of environments. 

I’ve had the privilege of leading teams and managing projects of all sizes—small, medium, and large—which has only reinforced my passion for working with people. 

I’m fortunate to be bilingual thanks to my parents, which has made learning other languages easier for me. Today, I’m fluent in Basque and Spanish (my native languages), English (a passion since childhood), Polish (learned for love), and Italian (picked up out of professional necessity). As for the next language? I’ll discover it soon enough. 

Naturally curious, I make it a point to study something new every year related to my interests. This habit has led me to take courses in web design, create websites, explore copywriting, gain knowledge in CPR, and even dive into stock market investing, machine learning, advertising design, and more. 

Sports are my ideal outlet for recharging. Whether cycling or running across different terrains, these activities help me disconnect from the world for a while so I can return full of energy and ready to give my best in everything I do. 

The rest of my time is dedicated to family and friends—especially my two children, whom I adore and owe so much to. Their arrival has profoundly changed my perspective on life and how I approach contributing to it.
